We came in together with a group. Our table had a different waitress than the remainder of our group. Orders were taken approximately the same time and one member of our table shared a pizza with the other table. The other table had their order at least half an hour and had finished eating before I went to search for our waitress ( who hadn't been back to check on us or apologize.) When she finally came down, she explained how our order went in late after a bunch of takeout orders and that the oven Is small and the aren't used to large groups. ( but never actually apologized or offered a discount ) We often eat and enjoy our local pizza delight but have never experienced such poor customer service in any restaurant before :(
